Single well WHCP

The primary function of a Wellhead tree is to control the flow, usually oil or gas, out of the well. A tree may also be used to control the injection of gas or water into a non-producing well in order to enhance production rates of oil from other wells

 

Single well WHCP:

  • Control only one well (one control downhole safety valve (SCSSV, DHSV, SSSV), one master valve (SSV,MSV)).
  • Possibility will control one wing valve ( WV).
  • Fusible plug loop may include inside the WHCP.

 

Multiple wells WHCP

The primary function of a Wellhead tree is to control the flow, usually oil or gas, out of the well. A tree may also be used to control the injection of gas or water into a non-producing well in order to enhance production rates of oil from other wells.

 

  • Control multiple wells (one control downhole safety valve (SCSSV, DHSV, SSSV), one master valve (SSV,MSV), one wing valve (WV)).
  • Possibility will control choke valves (step control) ( CHV), and the other actuator ON/OFF valves.
  • Fusible plug loop may include inside the WHCP.

 

Microprocessor-based WHCP

The primary function of a Wellhead tree is to control the flow, usually oil or gas, out of the well. A tree may also be used to control the injection of gas or water into a non-producing well in order to enhance production rates of oil from other wells

 

  • Control single well or multiple wells (one control downhole safety valve (SCSSV, DHSV, SSSV), one master valve (SSV,MSV), one wing valve (WV)).
  • Possibility will control choke valves (step control) ( CHV), and the other actuator ON/OFF valves.
  • Fusible plug loop may include inside the WHCP.
    HMI / Touch screen for local control.
  • Remote I/O unit, microprocessor based integrated in WHCP.
